If you are under 13, you must not create an account, upload content, or otherwise use the Services. If we determine that you are under 13, we may suspend or terminate your account and remove associated content without notice.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising a minor's use of the Services.

3. Description of the Services

MineSchematic provides a platform for hosting, browsing, and discovering user-submitted content, including schematic files, screenshots, thumbnails, descriptions, tags, and related materials ("User Content").

We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, compatibility, or safety of any content or features. The Services may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time.

4. Hosting Platform – Not a Publisher

MineSchematic is a neutral hosting platform. We do not create, endorse, verify, or guarantee User Content. User Content is provided by users and remains their responsibility.

We are not the publisher or speaker of User Content and disclaim liability for it to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Accounts and Security

An account is required to upload content. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

We may change, reclaim, or remove usernames at our discretion, including for impersonation, trademark conflict, abuse, or confusion risk.

6. Your Content – Ownership and Representations

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of your User Content as between you and us.

6.2 Rights to Upload (Including Third-Party Content)

By uploading or submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions;
• Your content does not infringe copyright, trademark, or other rights;
• Your content complies with all applicable laws;
• Your content is not false, misleading, or deceptive.

If you upload content created by others, you do so at your own risk and remain solely responsible for having proper authorisation.

7. Licence Granted to MineSchematic

By submitting User Content, you grant MineSchematic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual, and irrevocable licence to:

• Host, store, cache, reproduce, modify, and process the content;
• Create previews, thumbnails, and derivatives for display;
• Publicly display and distribute the content;
• Use the content to operate, improve, and promote the Services;
• Feature the content on the Site and in marketing or social media.

You waive any moral rights to the extent permitted by law.

8. Automated Scanning and Content Enforcement

Uploads and associated materials may be automatically processed, including:

• Antivirus, malware scanning, and threat intelligence analysis (which may involve sharing uploaded files with third-party security providers);
• Automated image analysis (e.g. NSFW detection);
• Automated text analysis (e.g. profanity filtering).

We may block, restrict, quarantine, or remove content based on automated or manual review. We do not guarantee detection accuracy.

9. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not use the Services to:

• Upload malware or harmful files;
• Upload illegal, abusive, hateful, or obscene content;
• Impersonate others or misrepresent ownership;
• Bypass security or moderation systems;
• Spam, phish, harass, or collect user data;

10. No Scraping, Mirroring, or ML Training

Except for standard web browsing and legitimate search engine indexing, you must not:

• Build datasets or mirrors of the Services;
• Use content to train machine learning or AI models;
• Create competing services using Site data.

11. Reporting and Takedown

We provide reporting mechanisms for infringement and policy violations.
